Indonesian Minahasa Tribe ( South Sulawesi ) Belt Buckle ( 17th - 19th centuries or earlyer ) copper - brass alloy , decorated with 8 Immortals at centre surrounded by plants . L : 15 cm. It is one of a collection of alltogether 14 rare pieces to be sold now.

Large mingei negoro tray. Edo period. Made of a rought piece of sugi (japanese cedar). The inner part has been lacquered with a fine negoro. The borders, following the natural lines of the wood, have been sculpted in a very unusual and interesting form. 34 x 30 x 7 cm.

This is a Chinese Export blue and white Canton pattern porcelain pot de creme with cover, circa 1810-1820, having an entwined-strap handle decorated with gilt on blue floral terminals. The porcelain cover has a fruit-sprig knop. Measurements: 3 1/2 in. H; Condition: Condition: rim chips, hairline cracks, wear to gilt.

An original Japanese color woodblock print by the artist Keisai Eisen (1791-1848), in oban yoko-e size. Depicting two women walking in the snow along the Sumida river. Condition: very good impression, still good colors, centerfold, lower rim with few small wormholes, slightly soiled, laid down at upper corners in matt. Dimension: 23.8 cm x 37.8 cm.

A fine piece with the barrel engraved with floral scroll-works, perhaps of French manifacture. As quite unusual and remarkable, the original bronze carriage is completely intact with the same terrific old brown and green patina (perhaps once burried?).

A rare very little Budai in porcelain enameled in "famille rose" style.The iron red enamel of beautiful vivid colour. The god is seating. Very little size, probably this divinity was make for travellers. Budai was the god of good fortune,abundance of good health. and perhaps a dealer travelling keep him with him. Good condition, no restoration. Normal wear for centuries-old porcelain. China later 18th century earlier 19th. Hight: 4,8cm.

This is a horse cover in Edo period. It is very cotton of wonderful tsutsugaki. The touch of cotton is very nice. The wave and the motif of the family crest are very impressive with the rabbit. There is a little small hole. However, the state is very good. This is the one in the Tohoku region. size:127cm50" x 57cm/22.4"

An antique Japanese Bamboo Ikebana basket woven in a traditional form with an elegant loop handle. It features a woven foot, with a star split base that was signed by the artist. The woven sides have terminating two through five layered spacers. The three Bamboo loop handle has caterpillar styled reinforcements at the base with five auspicious turtle style woven reinforcements along the top. Very rare Goryeo Dynasty (12th/13th century) Korean antique celadon glazed stoneware bowl with short flared walls inlaid in white slip with flower springs and string bands in white, the flower sprigs on the exterior walls rendered in black and white slip.

Japanese antique Tsutsu chawan (tea bowl) with yellow crackle glaze. The bottom displays lovely glaze drips. Raku school, Kyoto. Very rare tea bowl. Evaluated by TZ Shiota (#12) in 1930's when the family inheritied the collection from their great grandfather.

Age: 17th century...

This is a fine Japanese Satsuma sake pot or small teapot. It is signed by Kinkozan. Still retains part of the original Kinkozan sticker on the underside of the lid. Which means this piece was never used as a saki or teapot. It measures 4 1/2 inches across at the spout. The handle is slightly tattered but the pot is in excellent condition.
