Featuring a thin and delicately potted lobbed-ovoid shaped body, supported by a flaring foot and is surmounted by a waisted neck that flares to a petal-cut rim. It is covered overall in a translucent glaze of aquamarine tone and its base is fully unglazed.

Beautiful jade jar with elaborately detailed carvings of a large taotie motif, or "gluttonous ogre mask", a face motif without a lower jaw area, on its front and back, two carved handles shaped like beasts' heads with agate rings, carved chevron designs above and below the lid, topped with a floral finial. The jar comes with a hardwood stand.

Antique Japanese lacquer tebako (accessories box), made of lacquered wood with dense gold nishiji and a gold maki-e lacquer design of flowers, possibly clematis, on a vine. The rim is made of pewter and the interior is lacquered with a spars nishiji on a black lacquer ground. Comes with kiri wood tomobako.

A pair of Burmese wooden disciples, with calm facial expression, lacquered and gilded with inlay of colorful glass pieces on the borders of the robes, one of them sitting in adoration posture with two hands attached to each other indicating respectful manner. Traces of original lacquer and gilding remain in excellent condition.
