An exceptional bellarmine jug or Bartmannskrug as they are called in Europe. Made in Germany, cologne region, probably Frechen, late 16th. century AD., and exported to Holland, as it's bearing a medallion with the Coat of Arms of Amsterdam.

Chinese Song dynasty conical form bowl with slightly flared rim covered in a pale blue-green qingbai (yingqing) glaze that stops at the flat, unglazed low foot. Chinese late Qing dynasty bombe form porcelain censer on three high tripod legs covered overall in a thick sang de boeuf (oxblood) flambe glaze with purple accents that coats the interior and drips down to an unglazed section at the bottom that has burnt orange. An unusually large size bronze rain drum from Laos, a Herger type three drum. Reference material “The Karen Bronze drum of Burma” by Richard M. Cooler. It has an unusual 3 frogs (twelve altogether) on top with a ten pointed star with continuing concentric circle and stamped designs. The side has three elephants and three snails representing water and fertility. A globular flared body rises with four attached frog design handles.
