This is an incredible William Spratling necklace from the Mexican Silver Renaissance. Finding one of these is really a treasure due to how rare they really are but this one is even more rare due to 18kt balls in it's center and again on a thick layer of the medallion below the balls. We have a gorgeous William Spratling signed cuff with scalloped edges. There are 6 solid gold discs that line up across the center of the bracelet. On top of that is a solid silver thick wire. Signed with Poulat's earliest hallmarks this bracelet dates to 1930-40's. The gently curved center panel measures 2 1/2" across & 2" high. Each of the 8 side panels are 1 1/2" high. The bracelet length is 7". Weight- 80 grams. Beautifully detailed, the 3 turquoise cabs in the center are flanked by a pair of palomas with turquoise eyes. Excellent condition & patina.
