A smashing sterling wire wrapped tiger eye brooch by Modernist Francisco Rebajes. The highly polished smooth tiger eye is absolutely gorgeous and it appears that the sterling wire wrap is one continuous piece ending with the ball decoration. This is a huge brooch measuring 2 7/8" by 1 1/2". It is in fine original condition and signed Rebajes Sterling. What a terrific piece by this great studio artist.

Antonio Pineda's designs are timeless as is this 970 sterling silver & black obsidian necklace from the 1950's. Carved crescents of black obsidian frame the intricate silver work at the center. An absolutely fantastic mid-century modern sterling and onyx bracelet by Taxco silversmith Antonio Pineda, c.1950. Bold heavy silver vertical bars that are slightly thinner at one end alternate with the larger end placed next to the smaller end. A beautiful and unique ring by Carmen Beckmann composed of 5 silver bands with a scroll design alternating with stones of turquoise and amethyst quartz. The depth of color of the amethysts vary from dark to light and one of the light stones has a tiny nick on the surface that looks much bigger in the photos due to the extreme magnification. Rare and unusual William Spratling sterling crossover ring with two conical shaped amethysts. It is a size 3 3/4 and is a magnificent pinky ring. It may have been sized at one time but I do not think so. It is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks to the stones.
