A nice famille jaune bat motive tea cup. It has a Tonzhi seal mark both on the cover and the base of the cup and is of the period.

A minor manufacturing flaw on the cover (photo 2)and five hair lines as shown in the photos 4 and 5. two with stain and the other can be seen at certain angle only. Other than that, it is in fine condition, no chip or repair.

The height of the tea cup is 9cm and the diameter is 11.2cm

Description: A white jade pendant was carved by a Chinese character-Suan Xi( double joys). By another motif in good metaphor-a butterfly being carved as decoration on top, the pendant was an elegant hanging piece in good nephrite Houtien quality. Qing Dynasty. Dimension:7.2cm x 4.2cm x 0.6cm

This old Chinese toggle would have been used for ornamentation on the costumes of both Han and ethnic minority Chinese. The toggle would be sewn on a jacket or hooked onto a belt. Low grade silver was used extensively in China for jewelry and ornaments during the late 19th century.

Description: A wood figure of a seating official was finely carved from one piece of camphor wood. Making use of the core of the wood, the wood circular growth rings were obviously revealed on the belly of the figure and were intriguingly as the grains of the wearing drapery. Large Chinese Qing dynasty Guangxu period bombe form censer (incense burner) with flared rim decorated in underglaze blue on a white porcelain ground with three horizontal rows of zhuanshu "shou" (longevity) ideographs extending around the circumference of the bulbous body. A nicely carved light celadon good luck jade pendant with a country scene on the front and a good luck character on the back. Age: Late Ching. Size: H. 6cm. W. 3.8cm. Condition: Perfect.

These two snuff bottles are Peking glass, created to look like gemstone, one jade, one agate. Both measure 2 3/4" high and have stoppers, but no spoon attached. (The darker stopper may be stone, as it has considerable inclusions and is heavy). Both are well done, and give the appearance of stone. The "jade" bottle has a very soft sheen, similar to what actual jade would look like, and has a small foot. Both in good condition, the jade one with a slight chip on the lip...

Tall Chinese Qing dynasty baluster form porcelain vase covered overall with a thick red Langyao (also called sang-de-boeuf or oxblood) glaze that thins to white at the rim, drips down into the interior top of the trumpet mouth, and pools unevenly around the irregular foot rim. Long Chinese Qing dynasty hardwood bench crafted with four panels on the back rest, a curved front apron, and comfortable armrests. 19th century. 74 3/4" long x 29" high (17 1/2" high to seat) x 23" deep (21 1/4" depth of seat). Very sturdy and in very good overall condition. There are some minor separations from our dry Arizona climate. There is a small wood loss and old filled crack at one side of the bottom apron.
