Description:

A Ding-Typed porcelain censer was applied with darken brownish nearing black glaze.
Well crackled, the glaze was reflected retrospective sheen for verifying the enduring age.
By shallow profile and stand with three nicely mold feet, the censer was added with two arched loops on the mouth rim.
The paste revealed inside the censer and under the bottom was in light-buff tint and was in soft –feel quality.
A dimpled glaze condition was on the side...

In nice proportion, the ware was stand on a foot ring which revealed with beige-tinted body clay.
The glaze on the surface was in greasy feel and was yielded with charming wrinkled results due to age.

A pair of mythical animals (mother and child) of a creamy jade color. It has small areas of natural brown, light orange and grey coloration and inclusions. The jade is beautifully carved and feels lovely to the touch. The curled tail of the smaller animal forms a round hole which enables a thin rope to be put through it. Absolutely endearing. Measures 94.5”V (85.5”V excluding mounting) x just under 23”H. 19th century or earlier. Very good overall condition. Large Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period hexagonal form Yixing pottery tea caddy or canister. The flat panels are decorated with four moulded vertical stylized "dan" (tranquility) characters flanked by two bats each, symbolizing happiness and joy. The curved shoulder is encircled with small, impressed flowers. The bottom corners extend onto short, flat feet along the edge of the base. A decent wood stand was well structured by precious Zitan and burl wood.
Framed by a unique species of Da-Yei Zitan, and panelled with burl wood board in the center, the wood stand was reinforced in the underside with lacquered cotton cloth.
Strong and sound, the wood stand was yielded on the surface with darken patina.

An old Xer inkstone was intriguingly made in a shape of the ancient Chinese musical instrument-GuQin.
Nicely fitted in the original Suanzi wood box, the inkstone was preserved in a perfect condition except some old abrasions on the surface.
And the well carved inscription: Xi-Ann-Ju-Xi(Xi Ann the Recluse)was on the underside of the inksotne.

Date: Qing Dynasty, 19th century.
