Description:
A Qingbai censer was in oval shape including the cover.
Well decorated on the surface with carved motifs, and the reticulated cover, the censer was well glazed in characteristic greenish tint.
It was in perfect condition nevertheless incursions were happened to the glaze resulting the sandy-look effects.

In typical black body of Jianyang kiln, the tea bowl was applied with shear black glaze before being affected by the incursion. A vibrant bowl in the shape of an aubergine decorated with soaring cranes and clouds by Heian Isso enclosed in the original artist signed wooden box, the inside of which is decorated with a wispy poem by friend and compatriot Otagaki Rengetsu.
