Description: An elegant celadon water basin of Longquan kiln was molded in beautiful shape. Cutting plum flowers were stick around the upper portion of the basin and at the lower portion around the foot ring. Whitish incursions and burial earth were reserved on the glaze surface when obvious brownish firing effect was at the unglazed clay. A beautiful Longquan piece was applied with fatty milky celadon glaze which was usually seen for pieces from Yuan Dynasty...

Antique Japanese hair ornaments, Gin(Silver) Kanzashi with bira-bira danglings. This is an unusually large and heavy Kanzashi probably worn by Geisha. It was made for a very special occasion when a particularly elaborate hair style was needed. The ornaments are all made with silver and the bodies are plated on mixed metals. 16 petals chrysanthemum heads. This one is definitely for Kanzashi collector. Shorter one is tarnished more than the other

Preserved in perfect condition, the bowl's foot ring was adhesive with kiln sands. Numerous bubbles were characteristically revealed in the glaze. Completely charming and adorable and beautifully executed vintage 1940s carved wood turtle figural brooch with black and white glass eyes. He is a great size and completely three dimensional and is just as much fun sitting on a table or desk as he is as a pin. RARE RARE Antonio Pineda Black Discs and Swiveling Setting Bracelet ,c.19555-60 featured on page 181 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny Morrill. Vintage Art Deco Bauhaus style demi-parure in chrome, the early plastic Galalith, and so-called "Peking glass" beads simulating jade, by the German maker Jakob Bengel. This set dates from the early 1930s. The wrapped chrome elements are the same as those in a necklace pictured on page 162 of the Jakob Bengel monograph by Christianne Weber.

The large pale yellow and green marbled beads are Galalith, which is an early plastic similar to Bakelite, which was used primarily in Europe...
