Very fine and rare Japanese Edo era Hasami Bako, or storage/traveling box, measuring roughly 12" wide (including brass hanging hooks on sides), 5 1/2" deep, and 6 1/8" high. It dates to the late Edo era, some time between 1780 and 1850. The top is slightly domed, as is visible in some photos, and all edges and corners are decorated with incised brass metal sections, and two U shaped handles are on both ends, and can stand upright, as would be the carrying position for a larger trunk. Massive Chinese Qing dynasty baluster form lidded general’s helmet jar decorated in underglaze blue on a white porcelain ground with a Yuan inspired pond scene of ducks swimming among lotus. A ruyi-head border and four animal mask handles are high on the shoulder below the short neck. A lappet band extends around the tapering foot. The slightly recessed base is unglazed. Very nice bisque doll by Jules Verlingue ..... France around 1900 .... has generally all perfect condition with original French Body and lovely factory clothing . She has lovely quality of bisque socket head with large blue inset glass eyes with fine painted lashes and single brows , open mouth with a row of white porcelain teeth between here outlined lips . Original brunette mohair wig which was never removed from her head . But please no worry .....

Fine Chinese 9th - 10th Century Stoneware Ewer

This fine and rare stoneware ewer was made during the 9th to 10th century (from the end of the Tang Dynasty AD 608 - 916, the Five Dynasties period AD 907 - 960, to the Northern Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1127), most likely a product of one of the Guangdong kilns. Both inner and outer surfaces are coated in a very finely-crackled olive-green glaze...

This handsome sterling silver box with hand carved malachite stone was designed by Frederick Davis (1880-1961). The hinged box measures 3 1/2" X 3 1/4" X 1 1/2" high and weighs 150 grams. In beautiful condition with no dents or dings. Davis was known to have collected stone artifacts in his travels around Mexico using them in his various silver designs. Hallmarked FD 925 on the bottom of the box.

Weighing 120 grams the letter opener and paperweight measures 5 inches long and is in beautiful condition with nice patina. No dents or dings. We have an old block hallmark on this lovely reliquary necklace. Original chain and has the chatelaine still with the piece that the cross hangs from. Length for the chain is 18.5in. The cross is 2.75in. long and just shy of 2.5in. across. The weight is 65 grams of thick silver. Reliquary items were and are important symbols of the day to day life in Mexico. This is a rare one and in excellent condition with no repairs or damage just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
