'Mesmerizing' is what one client of Mimi Dee Artwear stated to describe the light dancing through vintage amber. Nine vintage 14mm rich red faceted beads, that passed the friction electrostatic acetone amber test, and New 18K GOLD (not gf, not vermeil) were used to make this delish bracelet! Although flat it measure 8.25, while the 18K Gold S hook is engaged it measures a comfortable 7" in the interior. Hand knotted for security! Only one. Sold, no price, no info.

This incredibly detailed 970 sterling silver and black obsidian bracelet was designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). The bracelet will comfortably fit up to a 6 7/8" wrist. The 5 panels measure 1 1/8" high. Each panel is inlayed, top and bottom with a crescent shaped lustrous black obsidian stone. Being preserved rarely with original gilding, this strikingly depicted statue was in sitting posture on a square pedestal.
Fine carving craftsmanship was well rendered in depicting the deity's facial expression in a natural way.
The bottom cover was a later restoration which was not unusual for Tibet bronze pieces.
Date: 16th Century.
Height: 11.9cm, Width: 8.5cm Depth: 6.4cm.

The feathered headdress and the intricate swirls of flowers on each side show a masterful designer. It wows with a 5.25 inches height. This carved rough cut fire opal ring was constructed circa 1950's and is a size 6 1/2. The rectangular stone is 3/4" X 5/8". The stone is set in a silver frame and rises 3/8" high. Hallmarked ANTONIO TAXCO SILVER MADE IN MEXICO. The worn outline of the eagle stamp can be seen. Some surface wear on close inspection. Beautiful colors within seem to dance as the ring moves in the light.
