Porcelain bowl, the exterior decorated with the "100 antiques" motif in the doucai palette. The interior with bats around an auspicious character in overglaze red and some gold. The base with a six character Guangxu mark in underglaze blue. Condition: fine, except a tiny rim chip (see last picture) and a minuscule bubble burst. Dimension: diameter: 16 cm, 6.8 cm high.

The Jacopo brothers had a silver house in Mexico City named Art en Plata in which they carried artisans from Taxco as well as their own designs. Correctly hallmarked with a Taxco artist AJ and a design number 49. This necklace is extremely well crafted with a weight of 169 grams. The repousse bars are 1 1/8th tall and show a 6mm depth. There are hand made disc beads in between the matchstick bars that are 4mm thick. An excellent example which is strung on cable and exhibits no damage whatsoever...

We are offering design 263 which is one of the early Los Castillo pre-Columbian swirls. The matching cuff shown is also available on my site. The necklace is one of the most magnificent Los Castillo designs and this one is 17.75 in. which makes it fit nicely as most are very short in length. Parra is a taller known for fine work and these earrings are very special with 2 turquoise snake eye stones and a huge 2.5in. tall presence. The widest point is .75in. wide. Properly hallmarked as shown and weighing 13 grams heavy. There are no dents on the balls with what you see is reflections and or white dot. No damage and extremely rare.

A large Gohon pottery Sweets bowl by Kiyomizu Rokubei V with expertly rendered Sparrows ascending into the sky painted by Imao Keinen enclosed in the original wooden box signed by both artists. It is 8-1/2 inches (21 cm) diameter, 4 inches (10 cm) tall and in excellent condition.

A silver inlayed bronze incense burner by Inami Keishu enclosed in the original signed wooden box. It is 5-1/2 inches (14 cm) tall and in fine condition. Inami Keishu worked in metal for more than 60 years. He has been often exhibited and prized with the Nihon Kogei Kai (National Crafts Association) among many other National Events.

A striking 5 strand sterling bracelet with chiseled design terminals by Navajo silversmith Johnny Mike Begay who worked at the White Hogan Shop in Scottsdale, AZ. and also worked on his own. The cuff measures 5 1/8" around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" gap. It is 1 5/8" wide in the front and tapers to 1" at the terminals. Fine original condition and signed as shown.

Large sculptural sterling silver belt buckle designed and signed circa 1960 by Taxco, Mexico silver Maestro designer Antonio Pineda. This 2 piece buckle measures 5 1/2" across X 2 1/2". The detailed design depicts a hunting scene with applied raised hunter and an animal figures. 145 grams, 5.01 oz. Beautiful vintage condition with no dents, dings or repairs. Gorgeous sterling silver, amethyst and pearl necklace designed and signed circa 1960-70's by San Miguel de Allende, Mexico artist Carmen Beckmann. Including the bail the pendant measures 3 1/2" long X 2 1/4" wide. Intricately designed the cross shaped pendant is comprised of 6 large gem quality faceted amethyst stones and 4 prong set pearls. The amethysts are framed with silver rope boarders. In addition the piece is embellished with applied silver wires and silver beads...

One of the few females of Taxco - at least, one of the few whose name we actually know - Erika Hult de Corral 's creations can be impressive, exhibiting genuine creativity and a certain sense of comfort within the realm of modernist design...

The warmed turquoise and it's 1.5in. height including the ornamental rings make an outstanding example of vintage Mexican silver. On the back you can see the hand hammered marks and it is marked 980 sterling and Taxco was cut off. It is silky soft to the hand and has a dark natural patina. It fits comfortably with a 16in. length. There are no dents or damage to this treasure and it is collector quality. Simply fabulous, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
