Porcelain bowl, the exterior decorated with the "100 antiques" motif in the doucai palette. The interior with bats around an auspicious character in overglaze red and some gold. The base with a six character Guangxu mark in underglaze blue. Condition: fine, except a tiny rim chip (see last picture) and a minuscule bubble burst. Dimension: diameter: 16 cm, 6.8 cm high.

The Jacopo brothers had a silver house in Mexico City named Art en Plata in which they carried artisans from Taxco as well as their own designs. Correctly hallmarked with a Taxco artist AJ and a design number 49. This necklace is extremely well crafted with a weight of 169 grams. The repousse bars are 1 1/8th tall and show a 6mm depth. There are hand made disc beads in between the matchstick bars that are 4mm thick. An excellent example which is strung on cable and exhibits no damage whatsoever...

Parra is a taller known for fine work and these earrings are very special with 2 turquoise snake eye stones and a huge 2.5in. tall presence. The widest point is .75in. wide. The warmed turquoise and it's 1.5in. height including the ornamental rings make an outstanding example of vintage Mexican silver. On the back you can see the hand hammered marks and it is marked 980 sterling and Taxco was cut off. It is silky soft to the hand and has a dark natural patina. It fits comfortably with a 16in. length. There are no dents or damage to this treasure and it is collector quality. Simply fabulous, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
