Covered box decorated with Qillin and floral on the cover, glazed base. PERIOD : Wanli (1563 – 1620 AD) MEASUREMENTS: 16 cm wide. CONDITION: very good, a firing crack to the box rim, professional restoration to the V shape broken of the cover.

A fine 18th century Chinese molded celadon-glazed porcelain dish, finely decorated continous chrysantemum scroll around the center with encircling a chrysantemum spray, a band of key-fret pattern around the foliated rim, covered overall in green glazed. DATE : Qianlong (1736 - 1795). SIZE : D = 26.5 cm CONDITION : very good condition with one tiny chip on the back of rim (can't be seen from the frontside), one tiny chip on the foot and no repairs

A rare example of Ming dynasty Hongzhi period jar and cover in slight square shape, decorated with tendril grapevine's and grasses. Cover with ruyi motif. Condition with a chip extended crack to aside, further in good condition. High maximum: 14.5cm.

Description:

A white-glazed pillow was produced from the Cizhou kiln of Northern Song Dynasty.
By affluent carving strokes, the motif of a boy playing in the garden was vividly rendered.
Apparently found from excavation accompanied with enduring old characteristics, the porcelain was incursioned somehow to the surface when one crack line was yielded...

A white glaze jar and original cover, decorated with carved incised of lotus petals and flower shaped to rim. Song-Yuan dynasty. Condition is perfect except very tiny flake chip to rim cover. High: 16cm.

 

A highly quality of Southern Song dynasty Longquan jarlet, covered overall with bluish green glaze. Condition is perfect, cover missing and one side appear with crackled glaze. High: 5.1cm and Wide: 8.6cm.

A rare art deco shallow bowl by the designer Wilhelm Kage (1889-1960) who trained under Henri Matisse. This item was probably produced during the 1940s as part of the "Argenta" range by Gustavsberg, Sweden. Condition -there is surface wear to the silver overlay and there is a chip next to one of the handles and associated light hairline (please see enlargements 6 and 7). 23.5cm (9.25 inches)diameter.

A vintage genuine Arts & Crafts period 2-3/8" x 2" gilt brass sash pin c1900-10. This pin features curled corners and hammered sections; it also has a large claw-set unfoiled amethyst colour cut glass/crystal facetted stone. It has a baby-pin style catch, and it is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor wear to the gilding in spots and some grime on the back of the stone...

An absolutely rare white glaze bowl with thinly potted, decorated to interior with six panel sides each filled with vases and censor with six variously flowers these are, Lotus Chrysanthemum, Peony, Prunus scroll, etc. The center medallion with Prunus, all below key fret pattern border. Outside is plain and base cover with glaze, only left unglazed lip rim...

A Yuan dynasty longquan celadon large dish, rounded side with raised flat rim and glazed base, dish decorated with carved large flower motif at interior and vertical ribbing suggesting flower petal motif at inner wall, dish covered with green glaze, semi porcelain with nice crackled glaze. Dish is in good condition, no chip, no crack, no restoration. Size: 35.5 cm diameter.

Description:
A well-modelled cat shown coiled on a circular base which surrounded by Bo-Shan(mountain ridges) with head turned and resting on its back, the tail emerging in the center and three paws together at the front.

Comparing to the pieces we’ve usually seen in obvious bronze material and was gilt on the surface, this tiger weight was calcified totally and was covered with the burial BaoJiang(the mineral coatings)...

A 1920s/30s art deco vase with fine tube-lined decoration in the style of Charlotte Rhead and probably produced by Burgess and Leigh. Condition - excellent - no damages and no restoration. 17cm (6.7inches)high.

Description:
A recumbent beast was shown with its head turned back and slightly tilting upwards.
The Bixie was well carved with protruding eyes, ruyi-shaped nose, curved ears and single-horned head.
By vividly depicted ribs on its abdomen and the flouring hairs of the tails, the fairy beast was rest on the flat bottom in plain form-an important characteristic for early jade carvings.

The jade pebble was in black and brown fissures and markings and in greasy and warm feel...

Each page of this antique Chinese accordian style book has a hand painted picture which together tell an old folk tale. There are 8 paintings and they are each delightful.
