A wonderful tea bowl by important Mino artists Ando Hidetake enclosed in the original signed double wooden box titled Ko-mino (old) Chawan. The feldspathic glaze has been burnt and changed by contact with the flame, the crystallized surface varying in shades from yellow to pale green. This is a great example of the style of this artist who is known for radical textures and natural effects...
