A great collection of three vintage Navajo handmade round sterling boxes with elaborate stamping. All of the lids pull off. The box with the star top measures 2 1/4" diameter, 1 1/8" high and weighs 56 grams. The box with the turquoise stone is 2 1/4" diameter, 3/4" high and weighs 49 grams. The box with the round silver dome is 2 1/4" diameter, 1/2" high and weighs 45 grams. They are unsigned. All are in fine original condition and free of dents or dings...

A lightly hammered sterling silver bangle bracelet signed by the artist, Walter Tofel of Bennington, Vermont. Tofel was the manager at the Ed Levin store in Bennington in 1970 where he learned his craft. He began making his own jewelry designs which he sold at craft fairs and later out of his home.

This bracelet has lightly hammered curved sides and flatten areas. It is oval so can easily be slipped on and off.

Stone measures 3/8" in diameter. May be Chrysoprase. Measures about a size 6 and can be adjusted slightly due to the overlapping band.

Marked on the back with OKS, Hand Made, and Sterling. The 'S' is partially struck. Mark is behind the part of the ring where the stone is so it could resized without disturbing it.

An Arts and Crafts sterling silver pendant necklace in the style of the Chicago school. Pendant has a large carnelian cabochon and four dangles.

The pendant measures 1 1/4" long including the dangles and 1" at the widest. Unsigned. Each side of the chain is 9" long for a total of 19" with the toggle clasp and looks to be original to the pendant.

Fine condition, has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Great example.

The necklace measures 23" long. Has a secure hook closure. The drops in the center are 3 1/2" long. The cabochons are 1" long and 3/4" across.

Signed on the back of each drop, Handwrought, Sterling and M. H. R. for the artisan.

This unique and rare Bracelet by Hector Aguilar is featured in the book Silver Masters of Mexico on page 40, plateI-55 and is known as the "Chain with Dome" bracelet. Measures 8 1/2" long with the chain portion measuring 3/4" wide. The dome section functions as the clasp and measures 1 1/4" wide. Hallmarked with the joined HA, Made in Mexico, Sterling. This elegant necklace by Los Castillo features thick links in the shape of Leaves done in heavy sterling silver repousse. Very well made with links connected by a pin rivet to give the piece movement. Measures 15" long, 3/4" wide and is nice and heavy at 98.4 grams. Hallmarked Los Castillo Taxco, Sterling Made in Mexico, 329 and the eagle 15. It has a secure box clasp and is in good condition with a lovely patina. One of the nicest (and heaviest) examples of this design we've seen.

Spratling described this stunning design as "a wide Aztec bracelet with framed buttons" according to Goddard's spratlingsilver.com. It was one of Spratling's most popular designs in the 1930's - 1940's and still is today. Weighing 185 grams, the bracelet measures 2" high at the front with 1 1/8" opening at the back. The interior measures 2 1/2" across the inside. The bracelet is in beautiful condition with an aged patina. The design is also referred to as River of Life bracelet.

A rare and early first design period 980 silver bracelet by William Spratling with 6 hats alternating with rows of three balls.

Measures 7" long and 7/8" at the widest. Marked with the conjoined WS, 980 and Taxco on a cartouche on the back. Has a slide in pin closure.

The bracelet has a dark patina. There is a slight bit of stiffness to the hinges. The pin closure is tight. Has some minor nicks and scratches as seen with pieces of this age.

A true find for the collector.

This elegant, hand wrought set was designed by Taxco artist William Spratling in the early 1940's. The necklace measures 20 1/2" long & weighs 100 grams. Each link is 1" wide. The bracelet is 7" long X 1" wide and has it's original safety chain. It weighs 45 grams. Both pieces are in beautiful condition with a lovely, aged patina. The design is pictured in MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill & Carole Berk. It is also shown on Phyllis Goddard's site spratlingsilver.com.

Fine condition, has some minor scratches and darkened patina. Nice hand wrought feel. Weighs about 31 Gr. We believe this may be the heavier example.
