Figural sterling necklace depicting New Hampshire's "OLD MAN OF THE MOUNTAIN" by Shreve, Crump & Low, a Boston silversmith firm in business since 1869. "The company does no manufacturing, but, has always sold designs made by the finest American craftsmen; some of the designs being created exclusively for them", "American Jewelry Manufacturers" by Dorothy Rainwater. The design is a very beautiful heavy gauge textured silver profile...

The story of this Mexican Deco silver and turquoise hinged bangle is an interesting one. When it came to me, it had a rather hastily applied gold plating that looked both out of place and, should I say?, garish. I cannot understand why anybody would do such a thing yet many a time, in discussions with older bench jewelers, I have been told that a few decades ago this was indeed a trend of sorts...

Two vintage sterling silver hand wrought brooches by Stavre Gregor Panis, who was a member of the Boston Society of Arts and Crafts. One has a detailed floral and vine design and one has cut out gulls and a scalloped edge. May purchase individually or as a pair.

The rectangular brooch measures 2 1/8" across and 1 1/4" high. Marked with the SGP in a shield hallmark and Sterling. Very detailed cut work. Nice contrast of textured and smooth sterling...

Silver and cornelian arts & crafts earrings by CARL RUOPOLI, a designer for Black, Starr & Gorham, c. 1930's. These rich earrings(for pierced ears) have the beauty of Georg Jensen designs - they are rich and decorative and each measures 7/8" square. Each is signed "BY C. RUOPOLI STERLING" and are in excellent condition. They may have been converted from screwbacks but the marks have not been touched........$10 for insured US shipping.

Interesting silver ring with a big red cabochon agate and some gold, made by Danish silversmith Ole W Jacobsen (workshop 1952 – 2002). The ring is hand hammered all around, the gold probably not under 14 K. An old “scar” to the stone, made by nature herself, has been left untouched to let the setting follow its shape. Signed OWJ and 925 S. Inner diameter "3/4 /15 mm. Condition: fine.

Great modernist designed mixed metals ring in silver and brass, possibly by ANTONIO PINEDA. It is signed "TONO 925" and is in excellent condition. This wonderful "lightening" ring has bolts of brass and silver set against an oxydized silver background. It is made of very heavy gauge silver, weighing 30 gms. and is size 9. Period aesthetic movement sterling pin by Parks Bros. & Rogers, Providence, c.1892, very much in the style of Shiebler. With the identical locking mechanism and style, this lovely pin with decorative "nature" concept measures 2 5/16" long by 1/2" wide. Beautiful vintage sterling earrings with tear drop shaped, bezel set, deep red coral. These have clip backs and hold secure on the ears. Lovely floral design with silver drops between the stones and twisted wire around the center stone. They measure 1" by 1" and weigh 13 grams total. Fine original condition and signed Phyllis as shown. Excellent color!

Impressive Jugendstil silver brooch with a cabochon cut garnet. Danish, c 1900- 1905, designed just before the Skonvirke period. Marked C.S. for C. Sorensen in Copenhagen (1893-1937) and 830 for the silver content. Width "1 ¾ / 4.8 cm. Condition: fine.
