An important early brooch of sterling silver by the acclaimed American modernist jeweler, Margaret De Patta. Measures 3" long and 1 5/8" at the widest. Early incised maker's mark. Circa 1935. Heavy layered sterling in an abstract floral design. Wonderful condition, with some very minor surface scratches and tarnish. Missing the rollover bar on the clasp. Slight bend on the pin. A similar De Patta brooch can be seen in the Philips de Pury Design Auction dated May 24, 2007, lot number 189...

Here is a substantial 1970s handmade ring composed of a hammered disc mounted on a thick band. It is marked 925; there is no maker’s mark. The disc measures 1 inch in diameter; the ring size is about 8 1/4; the band is adjustable.

This very early Matl / Matilde Poulat pendant is a rare find. Dating 1930's - 1940, this pendant is studded with turquoise and branch coral, with gorgeous birds and kneeling angels holding turquoise tipped candles. Measures just over 3" from top of bail to bottom, width is 2". A nice heft at 28.5 grams. Signed and hallmarked "MATL 0.980". Collector quality.

A beautiful vintage sterling necklace with brilliant rhinestones in channel settings, in flexible links with detailed engraved decoration. Circa 1930. With a slide clasp and safety chain with a spring ring catch. Marked STERLING. Substantial at 53 grams and drapes beautifully. The links are connected at the inner edge and fan open at the outer edge.

The vining floral from the vessel has great depth with 940 silver and dark natural patina from time. The weight is 66 grams heavy with a drop of 3.5in. tall and 4in. span across. This does not count the additional 2 vining links that are separate at the top so it is more expansive than just the pectoral drop. It lays like a dream with a wearable of a minimum of 17in. The hallmark of MS stylized and 940 is a noted maker in The Mexican Silver Book of Trade by Bille Hougart...

Magnificent handmade sterling cuff with precise fine line chiseling by Navajo Sam Roanhorse (1916-1988). He was the brother of Ambrose Roanhorse, who he studied with, and also worked for the White Hogan Shop from 1951-52. His work is rare to find and highly collectible. This cuff measures 5 1/2" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/4" opening. Weighing 89 grams, it is in fine original condition and signed as shown. An exquisite piece of exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

An amazing sterling silver Cuff Bracelet by the well known Arizona modernist silversmith, H. Fred Skaggs. Has one huge central oval greenish-black cabochon surrounded by thick sterling curls.

Measures about 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 1/2". Can be adjusted slightly. Cabochon measures 3 3/8" long and 2" wide. The bracelet has tarnish, we will leave the decision to polish or not up to the new owner.

This unusual bangle is very comfortable to wear — the shape of this sturdy bangle makes it easy to slide over the knuckles. The bangle was formed by bending a four-sided sterling silver rod into a square with rounded corners, joining the ends at the middle of one side. The bracelet bears the 925 mark for sterling as well as an unidentified maker’s mark, and dates around 1980. It measures about 8 inches around the inside, and 2 5/8 inches square. This brooch features an ancient Celtic design: two birds (probably swans) with enameled wings, bodies and eyes, with interlaced silver above and below. The enamel is in red, blue, green, and white. It is marked 925 for sterling silver, and has several other marks which are illegible. 1-1/2” X 1-1/4”. There are a couple places where the enamel isn’t quite perfect – please see photos. A vintage sterling silver modernist pendant and necklace by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Pendant reminds us of an abstract spiderweb. Pendant measures 3 1/8" long to the top of the bale and 2 1/8" at the widest. Chain is attached at the bale and closes with a spring clasp that holds tightly. Chain measures about 17" around. Marked on the bale with the hallmark for Sten and Laine, 925H for sterling, Town mark for Turku and T7 for 1972. Very nice condition. Great...

Each of these five late 19th-century heart charms is decorated with embossed scrolls; included is also an engraved faux lock of the same period. The hearts are identical, with one showing minor impacts; the lock looks to be hardly worn. All have their bails intact and are marked sterling on the back. Each heart measures 1/2 inch wide by 3/4 inch long, including the bail; the locket measures just under ½ inch wide by 5/8 inch long. Weight: 4.8 grams total

This ring has a beautiful design and is a size 9. It is large, measuring 1 1/4" (from top to bottom). The band measures 1/4", wrapping around to display its swirly, modernist design. It reminds me of a miniature, wraparound bracelet, as the top and bottom "swirls" are not fused together. It is marked MEXICO and 925. It has good heft and is in excellent condition.

Excellent vintage Sigi sterling and jasper bangle with two hinges. Marked SIGI, STERLING, HECHO EN MEXICO, and with design number 244. C. 1960. This piece is pictured on page 198 of "Mexican Silver" by Morrill and Berk. With a slide clasp and safety catch. Substantial at 71 grams/2.5 ounces. An outstanding mid-century modern piece.

A rare pair of vintage copper and brass pendants by Ex-pat Ken Beldin, who lived in Tenencingo, Mexico and made jewelry and sculptures from 1940 through the 1960s. Suspended from the original leather cords.
