A vintage early sterling silver heavy brooch by Hector Aguilar.

Signed with the conjoined HA, Taxco and 940 for better than sterling silver. Pre Eagle, (pre 1949).

Measures 3 1/2" across and 3 1/8" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. The brooch has some minor tarnish and surface scratches.

Gorgeous vintage 1960s signed Kramer bracelet in goldtone metal with amazing huge brilliant headlight glass stones in prong settings. Marked KRAMER. With box slide clasp with matching smaller rhinestone. 6 3/4 inches wearable length and 9/16 inch wide. Excellent condition. Display form is life size. Photos enlarged to show detail.

Silver dragon head pin copying that of William Spratling by Serafin Moctezuma, Mexico, c.1950's. Much to the annoyance of Spratling, Moctezuma copied his designs, including the mark "SM", which when turned upside down, looks like a stylized WS, similar to that of Spratling. This great little Mayan dragon head, stands on its own and is quite charming. The pin measures 1 3/8" long by 1" wide. It is signed "980 SM TAXCO" and is in excellent condition...

One of the best lapidaries in Taxco’s jewelry history, Felipe Martinez created amazing jewelry in many styles. The classy sterling silver and azur-malachite earrings at hand follow the “mozaico Azteca” line that was introduced by the Los Castillo workshop. Rich, dark blues, understated safe and a breath-taking splash of electric green come together in the stone inlay held securely in the most minimal “gypsy” setting...

This unsigned heart pin is 2 3/4" tall by 2 1/2" wide. It is in excellent vintage condition. The center stone shows some yellowing. All of the other stones are brilliant in color.

Black enamel on gold with central hair plait. Lettered on the front with "Memori" and initials. The reverse is engraved "Sarah Jackson Obt 20th Dec 1828 Aged 32 Also of Margaret Jackson Obt 8th Feb 1841 Aged 32".

Excellent condition, with a length of 1 11/16" and a width of 1 1/2".

This sweet little lavalier is centered by a blue sapphire cabochon within an Art Nouveau framework of 14kt yellow gold. Above is a pearl. It was made by the well known Whiteside & Blank company of Newark, NJ, and stamped “14”. When we found it, it was a ring that had been made from a stickpin, so we felt free to remake it into a lavalier (it didn’t work very well as a ring). It measures just under 1 inch from the top of the bail by 1/2” at the widest point. Circa 1900...

Very glam necklace with gunmetal gray glass beaded strands and with a black Lucite pendant with brilliant colorless Swarovski stones and enameled decoration, in an Art Deco revival style. The glass beaded strands are caught in matching black Lucite end stations, and the hook catch and extender chains are silvertone metal. Late 1970s or early 1980s. Marked U. A sterling silver Connemara marble shamrock Pin. This Edwardian circa 1900 brooch measures 1-3/4" x 1/2". This Edwardian period pin has the original c-clasp and it is stamped simply SILVER with a maker's stamp we can't decipher. The stone appears a bit yellow in our photo, but that is a photo artifact, it is a definite green in person. It weighs 2.4 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A 19th century Dutch red glass necklace with a 14k carnelian clasp. This Victorian era 19th century 36-1/4" hand cut red glass bead necklace is complete with a Dutch hallmarked 14k yellow gold clasp. Double-sided period art nouveau clover design sterling pill box by Unger Brothers, Newark, c.1895. Can be worn with ring to attach a chain at top. A fine modernist design 835 silver and rutilated quartz brooch made by Kordes & Lichtenfels of Pforzheim Germany circa 1950s 1960. This abstract 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" pin is signed 835 and K&L and it also has the three crown Swedish silver mark, so this piece was imported into Sweden originally to be sold. This 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" pin features square shape cabochon stones with black inclusions called rutilated quartz...

A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch by Anton Michelsen, from Denmark. This three dimensional brooch has a raised 'sun' in the center surrounded by 7 stars.

Measures 2 5/8" across and 2 5/8" high. Weighs 20 gr. The surfaces of the stars and the center of the sun have a light gold wash for an interesting effect.

Marked with the AM under a crown hallmark of the silversmith and Sterling Denmark.
