Hinshelwood (see lower right margin for that name). Robert Hinshelwood (1812-1879) came from England circa 1835; he was an engraver, etcher and painter. The panoramic view is from a high point, and some tiny figures in the composition add human interest...

The work is numbered 23/25 at lower right margin. The name being common, there are a number of listed artists that might correspond to this. The numbering suggests a 20th century origin, numbered prints being far less common in the 19th century...
