By well listed French artist MAURICE ROMBERG DE VAUCORBEIL (1882-1943), this is a large original 1916 lithograph poster used for propaganda and recruitment. I have not opened this up to inspect as it is nicely sealed, but the previous owner spent $500 on framing in Beverly Hills, so I would imagine that the mounting and framing was done to professional standards, perhaps even with linen...
