The plaque is warped and has stains, cracks, surface wears and scratches, and uneven surface (as seen in the photos).

Oil on canvas laid on board, 18" by 12", (25 1/2" by 19 1/2" in its quality gilt frame), apparently faintly signed at lower right and bearing the artist's red estate stamp on the reverse. This is an impressionistic view of a mother or nanny and her two young children, one in a baby carriage, by a well listed painter...
One of a number of Whistler lithographs I am offering: "Firelight: Joseph Pennell No. 1", 1896, sheet approximately measuring 11 3/4" by 8 1/4", currently in a mat, lightly taped at top edge to backing, not laid down, unframed. Generally clean, with some imperfections along edges (particularly a half-moon shaped area missing from right side, about 1 1/2" by 3/8" wide on average, see images). Stamped on reverse is "Library of London/De-Accessioned"...
Watercolor painting of a street and pedestrian promenade on Union Street, in Bath, England, signed by artist Tim Fish. The work is dated December 9,1998 and signed there. Measurements are 7 3/4" by 11 3/4" inside the mat (13" by 17" in simple wood frame). There is presently no glass, but the work is in excellent condition. A nicely executed work by an artist who obviously is familiar with watercolor technique.
