Biography
I was born in Athens, Greece and raised in Canada, and the influences of the old and new world have always been present. These influences have inspired me to create images that blur the line between photography and painting, modern and classical, reality and illusion.
I attended the school of art and design at Sheridan College as well as the Ontario College of Art. In my third year, I studied fine art in Florence, Italy...

Contemporary jadeite carving of a fairy spirit named Liu-Hai. His right hand is holding a three legged frog called ¡°Chan¡±; a string of clouds extends from Chan¡¯s mouth. On the back of the carving is a large fan and on the top of the fan sits a lucky bat. Very interesting carving in good condition.

An example of the lithograph "Cecile's Chastity", from the series "Three Plays from the Marquis de Sade", issued in 1969, signed in pencil lower right, numbered 52/160 at lower left, by the world-famous surrealist artist SALVADOR DALI (1904-1989). The unframed sheet measures 25 1/2" by 19 1/2". The image area is clean and problem-free, though I note significant browning and staining in the margins, the outline of a previous mat clearly visible. Careful framing/mat would minimize most of this...

An example of the 1934/35 lithograph "Ruf Des Todes", from the "Death Cycle" series of lithographs by famous German artist KATHE KOLLWITZ (1867-1945). The sheet which measures 19" by 16" was long ago laid down to a board. Evident past attempts to remove an over mat has resulted in skinning of the paper in the lower portion, and residue from the over mat remains at top. There is a line from the old mat all around, with the paper within that line lightly browned...
