Qajar Miniature Watercolor of Lovers on a terrace with mountains in the background. The watercolor is painted in oval and seems at one time had a fitted matt. The painting is in good condition . The painting has gold leaf paint for her skirt and cuffs as well as silver leaf paint on the horizontal terrace railing . Size of oval is 5" by 3.5" page 9.25" almost 6.75"

Early watercolor on paper of flowers, I think petunias, in a ceramic vessel, 11" by 14", 17 1/2" by 20 1/2" as framed, signed at lower right indecipherably, and possibly dated 1901. I believe the artist is likely listed, considering the quality of the drawing. The paper was laid long ago on a board, as shown. Condition of the image area is excellent, with colors true and not faded.

An accomplished, very western American pastel drawing on paper of a frontiersman, (11" by 9", and 15 1/4" by 13 3/4" as simply framed), signed at lower right "Lea" and with copyright symbol. I sent images to the Tom Lea (1907-2001) Institute in El Paso, Texas, thinking this may be by that well-known artist but they responded that it is not. Therefore, it is offered as simply a nice drawing with a lot of western appeal. Likely date of execution circa 1970's or 1980's.
