I have never up until now seen a proper boxed version of this Ludo game, it usually just comes with a games board and a small square box with all the bits in. Box measures approx 15" x7.5"

A late 20th century oil on canvas painting, the scene a classic, arid, Southwest landscape, with two Native American New Mexico pottery ceramic bowls in the foreground. The work, 24" by 30", is signed at lower right "Monso". The artist, interestingly, painted in a border roughly 2 1/2" on a side, outside the actual landscape imagery. Condition is generally very good, I note a very small puncture in that border area at lower left, which is easy to overlook and which could be easily remedied...

Spectacular antique 19th century Indo Persian Brass shield possibly, from Gujarat, North-West India. The shield of the circular convex form made of solid brass with applied bosses and a crescent moon. Finely hand repoussé and chiseled in low relief with winged figures on dense and a classical Indian hunting scene (shikargah), depicting lions hunting antelopes and elephants on the floral ground, affixed on the reverse by four ring-bolts for straps (to hold the shield)...

Set of a single kanji character of wooden signboard as 'Matsu' (Pine tree) and a miniture big tree made of burnt natural branch of tree as an applied form of Japanese tea ceremonial conception called 'Mitate' (A point of view as "Sees things as different things, not as they should be"). Showa period, 20th century, Japan. Character: 13 x 11.7 x 3.2 cm (5.11 x 4.60 x 1.25in), Tree: 35 x 33.5 x H 36 cm (13.77 x 13.18 x 14.17in)...

Indiana/Tiara Baroque Vase in Dusty Rose. Indiana added the longer "handles" when they issued this vase through their Tiara Club line. Original mold is from Fostoria. In mint condition.

A striking French button featuring a transfer print on enameled porcelain of a swallow. Brass back and surround. The condition is excellent with no problems, and the diameter is 1 1/4".

This American made beauty was issued by Lionel Trains in 1954 as a replacement for its 394 version of the Rotating Aircraft Beacon. The red paint and black plaque with silver lettering identifies this variation as A which is probably the earliest variant.

Condition is fair with loss of the rotating housing being its chief defect. However, it does have the original lightbulb. Minor paint losses, dust, and dirt have settled on the grand beacon...

A serigraph print titled "LOON MOTHER & BROOD", numbered 321/500, pencil signed in the handwriting of arguably Canada's most important indigenous people's artist, Norval Morrisseau (1931-2007). The unframed print, 11" by 15", is currently housed in a clear plastic protective sleeve (as found). It is lightly affixed at three corners to the backing---I chose not to try to remove it...
