There is slight water damage on the boards (spotting) and the pages are just a bit rippled. Also, there is a small bit of paper loss on the bottom of the front pastedown and free paper ( see photo), between pages 112-113 a very slight separation from the seam (but all intact) and page 383-4 is uncut- otherwise a fine edition...

A framed PAIR of hand-colored vintage early 20th century photographs of the scenic Pikes Peak area of Colorado, one titled in pencil in margin "Rainbow Falls Manitou, Colo." and the other "A Glimpse of Pikes Peak--Colo.", both pencil signed "Photo-Craft" at lower right margin. Measurements are 9 1/2" by 4 3/4" (photos) and 17 1/2" by 13 1/2" in identical gold frames with green double mat.
