Offered is this beautiful, large and heavy Murano glass bowl with 'ovals', made most likely, by Barovier & Toso. The bowl is approximately 14 inches (35 cm) wide and 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) tall. It is in very good condition, without chips, cracks or repairs. Polished pontil. Unsigned, as expected - these 'oval' decor was typical of Ercole Barovier (please refer to page 34 of Leslie Pina's book, 'Italian Glass century 20', for an Ercole Barovier designed vase with blue ovals).

Offered is this beautiful and rare two-color (bottom part with bubbles) Murano glass vase, made by Barbini, around 1950. The vase is very heavy. It is 10 1/4 inches (26 cm) high and 9 1/4 inches (23,5 cm) wide. It is in very good condition, without chips, cracks or repairs. It is signed, 'Brrbini Murano' in script (see picture). A similar Barbini vase was sold by Skinner's on December 15, 2012 (see last two pictures for your reference).

This is a wedding shift from Indus Kohistan in Pakistan. Kohistan, meaning "land of mountains", has been a crossroads between Central, South and Southwestern Asia, absorbing artistic influences from the ancient Greeks and Scythians. Depicting delicate motifs in somber, predominantly blue-black combined with discrete touches of rusty red, this textile from the Savu Islands of eastern Indonesia is called a selindang. The shawls are worn by women over their shoulders, to complete their sarong attire. This textile is estimated to date to the late 20th century and is constructed by warp ikat, warp-faced, with fringes. It measures 71 x 191 cm and is in perfect condition. The dye is a natural indigo.
Offered is this beautiful set of six glass stems, made by Bimini Werkstette, around 1930. Each glass is just under 6 inches (15 cm) tall and they are in very good condition. The figure is of lord Krishna's father Vasudeva this piece was once part of the temple structure and has been repainted countless times the paint showing now seems to be enamel.
