This porcelain demitasse set for 8 was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1955. The mark contains the date cipher for that year. The set consists of a demitasse pot and 8 cups and saucers. Jacobean or Tudor style Cast Architectural Element of Saint George slaying the dragon there are various paint traces throughout we date this at least Victorian if not Jacobean period. The material is some kind of lime plaster that is yellowish and not the normal white plaster we are accustom to seeing . This came from the Virginia house an incredible Jacobean style mansion that was donated in 1929 to the state by the Ambassador and his wife. H: approx. 7".

This is a wonderful hand painted cottageware /cottage ware biscuit jar, biscuit barrel or cookie jar made by Price Brothers, Kensington, Staffordshire England. This item is from the 1940s and is marked Ye Olde Cottage. The shape is a thatched cottage with it's original rattan handle. It is 7" tall without the handle x 5" deep x 6" wide. These is a flake on the inside rim.

Vintage demitasse cup and saucer by Royal Doulton in the "Reynard the Fox" pattern. The saucer measures approximately 4.5" in diameter and the cup measures approximately 2.5" tall and 2 1/8" in diameter across the base. It has a riding crop detail for the handle that stretches around the base. The fox and crop detail are slightly raised and beautifully hand-painted. The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.

This very special plate is in very good condition, free from chips, scratches or other blemishes. It dates to c1934-1950 via its back-stamp and is truly spectacular. It measures 9" at its widest point.
Standing on sweeping foot, the blue bowl is decorated in the round with classical figural and objective motifs. Excellent condition save for a couple of stains in the bowl.

Fine LARGE Glazed Stoneware Studio Pottery Jar - Malcolm Pepper
This large and impressive stoneware jar was made by Malcolm Pepper (1937 - 1980) during the 1970s. It is "heavily-potted" and attractively decorated. Looking inside shows it was thrown in two sections, luted together at the widest part of the body. The outer surface coated in a finely-crackled transparent glaze that has a hint of green. The inner surface coated in a dark iron glaze.
