This is an exquisite handpainted cup and saucer depicting flowers in blue and gold with just tiny touches of white and pink. It is signed Limoges, France, and alo Raphael Weil & Cie, San Francisco. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, and the gold is also in perfect condition.

A French Vallauris dish by Cerenne, with black, silky glaze. Decoration in bright enamels of a gardener with his tools and flower pots.The back with impressed Vallauris mark and painted MC (painters signature) and Cerenne Vallauris. Cerenne (=CRN) was the signature used by one of the largest ceramic workshops in Vallauris, led by Charles René Roger Neveux. Diameter "8¾/ 22,5 cm. Condition: small rubbing to the glaze just outside the right flower.

A pair of 1950's French egg cups. Marbled glaze in green and red on white and sweep shape to one side of the border. One cup with impressed mark "Vallauris". Height "2¼/ 6 cm. Condition: fine.

French Majolica knife rests from the 1950s, a pair. Handmade, unsigned but likely from Vallauris, the foremost ceramic centre in postwar France, also favoured by artists like Picasso. Length c."4/ 10 cm. Condition: a small glaze flake to the tip of the tail of one dove (cf. pic 3 and 4).

French Faience Pottery Transfer ware small Plate, Cow with bell around the neck in the green pasture bordered by repeated pink flower petals, 6 1/2" diameter, 7/8" high, very pleasing and peaceful design, black writing mark and impressed mark "V9" on the bottom. The condition is good.

A lidded box by French Longwy. Crackle glaze and enamelled relief decoration in brilliant colours, in the Oriental style typical of Longwy. Model number: 1504, pattern number 5685, c 1920-30. Printed greenrk "Longwy emaux"/enamels and signature in black: S.F. Width "5¼/ 13 cm and height "2¼/ 5,5 cm. Condition: fine.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by Tharaud Limoges in the 1920s. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/8 inches and the cup is 2 1/8 inches high. The cup and saucer are octagonal shaped. It is decorated in a bold, abstract art deco design. There are alternating panels of flowers and flowing colors. These panels are produced using thick enamels. You can feel the texture of the designs giving it an effect that is similar to pottery...

A group of four small French Vallauris 1950's Demi-Demi (half-half) pieces: a handled black and white jug and a black and white pitcher, a mini vase in turquoise blue and black, and a small yellow and black cache-pot. All probably by Cérenne. Height "3 ¼/ 8 cm to "5 ¾/ 14,5 cm. Condition: the jug with a minimal flake to the rim.

Green, gray and yellow glazed ceramic pendant with a radiating sun-like motif. The back signed Vallauris, the postwar French experimental art pottery center where artists like Picasso used to work in the 1950’s and 60’s. Unusual. Height "2¾/ 7 cm. Condition: fine

Green Glazed Majolica Faience Plate, 9" diameter, 1 1/8" high, impressed mark "39" on the bottom, one(1) small chip chip with glaze hairline on the bottom rim area.

Large three-legged stoneware dish of asymmetrical shape with a carved and enameled non-figural motif in yellow, blue, red and green on white. The three legs articulated in white against a black background. 1950's, unsigned, in the style of Kostanda, Rivier, Fidler or Derval. Width "12/ 30 cm, height "2¾/ 7 cm. Condition: two of the legs restuck (cf. last photo).

Four(4) French Majolica Faience Pottery Asparagus Plates, Dishes, 9 1/4" diameter, 7/8" high, raised Asparagus design with separate section for Hollandaise Sauce area with basket weave design border. Marked on the bottom "Sarreguemines, France" in black, no damages.

This 10 piece porcelain game bird set was produced in France by Lazeyras, Rosenfeld & Lehman in the 1920s. Not all the plates are pictured, but the set includes 9 plates and the platter. It is a factory decorated set with under glaze and over glaze marks and a factory artist’s signature. The platter measures 19 inches long, 12 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches deep. This ceramic wall plaque was produced in France at the Manufacture Nationale de Sevres in 1928. The artist is Adrian August Leduc. His painted signature is on the back of the plaque as well as an impressed mark. It measures 11 ¼ inches in diameter and is 1 ½ inches deep. The design is abstract and high relief. There are rows of white circles with gray accents. There is wonderful texture to the surface...

Wonderful early vase by Pierre Greber, dating from around 1935, in excellent condition. This unusual vase is 8 1/2" high and is very reminiscent of Charles Greber's Art Nouveau pieces. It is signed with the "Greber" incised signature in script Pierre borrowed from his uncle.
