This porcelain charger was produced in Germany by Meissen before 1970. It has a diameter of 10 inches and is 1 3/4 inches deep. The porcelain is the highest quality, with a shiny, even glaze. It is decorated with Chinese style ornaments. There are fighting roosters in the center, dragons and Chinese ornaments, all hand painted and gilded. There is heavy gold trim on the rim. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality charger.

This is a wonderful hand painted cottageware /cottage ware biscuit jar, biscuit barrel or cookie jar made by Price Brothers, Kensington, Staffordshire England.
