Cover hinged and tabbed; top gently curved with rectangle (vacant) surrounded by purple guilloche enamel. Interior cedar lined. Laminate-lined bottom. Fully marked. Stylish and jokey sterling silver cabbage head sauce bowl and ladle. Made by Buccellati in Italy. Domed cover set in bowl, both comprising overlapping leaves with realistic veins and irregularities. Ladle has branch handle and leaf bowl. Clear glass liner. Ladle marked “Buccellati Italy Sterling”. Bowl has post-1967 mark (26 MI) with “Buccellati / Italy / Sterling” and “925 [in oval]”. Excellent condition.

Gorgeous silver plate gravy boat by Christofle of France, fashioned after the Empire Period of Napoleon, named Malmaison after his home in France, large size with attached underplate, mid 20th century. Measures 9" x 5 3/4" x 6" high. The hallmark indicates that the piece was made between 1935 and 1983, and has the Coll Gallia impressed mark as well. Like all Christofle wares, the details are very refined, the forms are beautiful and the quality is superb...

This beautiful pair of silver plates designed by Spratling were hand forged in the 1940's. Each plate measures 4" across. Together the pair weigh 125 grams. This hand hammered pair of decorative sterling silver dishes designed and signed by Fred Davis weigh 75 grams. Each dish measures 3 1/2" across. Both are in beautiful condition. Each hallmarked FD 925 on the reverse. Fred Davis designs are included many collections including the 20th century MEXICAN silver collection of LACMA.

Royal Windsor sterling silver water pitcher. Made by Towle in Newburyport, Mass. Ovoid bowl with helmet mouth, flower-capped double scroll handle, and domed foot. Chased and scalloped frames (vacant) interspersed with pendant flowers. Shoulder and foot rim have alternating flower heads and volute scrolls with beaded border. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, no. 67420, and volume (“8 half pints”). Very good condition.
