Dresden Plate design quilt, c.1930's. The white cotton quilt measures 55" by 76" and there are 12 squares, made of different patterns, with a pink patterned border. From our World Handicrafts Collection (ex-Asia), a handsome Persian Heriz rug featuring wool on cotton construction, utilizing an elegant palette of cranberry red, black, and salmon as the main colors of the so-called "shield pattern" central field, and using secondary accent colors of blue-green, orange, brown and beige, along with turtle motif designs in the borders.

Baby quilt embroidered with the child's prayer "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep" with a yellow border. In each corner is a child kneeling in prayer with a baby animal or pet: a girl with a lamb, a boy with puppy, girl with bunny, and a boy with a kitten. Very good antique/vintage condition with some wear at the edges. Well quilted and embroidered, it measures 32" x 37.5". Dates circa 1930's.

Fabulous sassy pouch and totally intact, a major feat for a little purse that ancient! Large blue faceted beads, two levels of tiny silver bead fringe and an eight strand long tassel. Great lining and metal drawstring. Some lucky person danced the Charleston with this little purse swinging from her wrist. Diameter of purse fully opened 4 1/2", length of purse 5", length of tassel 2 1/2", wristband tightens automatically by metal drawstring to fit any size wrist.

Beautiful green gold silver silk bed cover made of the bottom trim from antique wedding saris . The cover fits a queen, the seams are somewhat delicate and a few have seperated but easily fixed with double sided iron tape I fixed a few spots over the years . This was used in a spare guest suite. I bought this wholesale in 2002 at the LA trade show for 275.00 size approx 84 by 93" due to the amount of seams and that it is antique fabrics we are selling this asis.

On the front is a young woman feeding a chicken, the other side showing a swan in a lake with a fountain and castle in the distance. Set of six vintage hand embroidered and fringed whimsical cocktail napkins. The high quality fabric is a lovely peach shade and the satin-stitched embroidered pattern is very similar to the design on the well-known "Sweet Ad-a-line" silkscreened cocktail shaker.
