A pair of gilt brass roses metalwork table lamps with marble bases from the 1930s 1940s. These beauties stand 25-3/4" to the tops of the original finials and the bases are genuine black veined marble. They may actually date from the 1920s and they have been rewired and resocketed. The pleated silk shades shown are later (and were on the lamps when we acquired them) and they can be included if you wish (they have minor staining/spotting) but that will raise the shipping costs substantially...

17th-18thc hand carved hard wood capital or column top from a half column. Beautiful design with acanthus type leafs and flowers with traces of colors . Circa 1925 antique or vintage (about 100 years old!) framed ornate manuscript style ode to the home and house, from the writings of poet and author Maurine Hathaway, with gilt background and intriguing spots of color, measuring 10 1/2" by 9 1/2" fully opened out. The piece is hinged in the middle so is meant to stand on its own on a table top. I do not believe the color and gilt hand applied, though, it gives that appearance. The inspiration is clearly from medieval manuscripts...

Vintage circa 1960's wood jewelry or trinkets footed casket, stamped on bottom Made in Italy, 7" high by 5 1/2" high by 4" wide. There are two drawers in which to place treasures and small items. There is a lot of gilt painted area with incised fleur de lis type designs and other diamond-shaped designs. There is wear on the knobs and in a number of other places, which contribute to a feeling of antiquity.

DESCRIPTION: A wonderful set of vintage outdoor metal and glass ‘caged onion lamps.’ It’s rare to acquire a full set of vintage outdoor lighting in such good condition. These lanterns are of a nice larger size with tall upper metal hooked hangars and with the original (and wonderfully squatty) large glass onion globes. Contemporary reproductions of this traditional outdoor lamp tend to be smaller in size...

Pair 2 lights gilded metal Sconces with gold beaded shades, 18 1/2" high, 13" wide, 8" deep, with imitation glass prisms. Oval mirror-4 1/2" high, 4" wide in the center accented with gold beaded shades on metal frame-4" high, 3 1/4" diameter on the bottom of the shade. The condition is in good working condition, no damage.

Beautiful solid brass hunt horn chandelier. arms. 25" diameter, 29" drop. Vintage piece, they don't make quality like this anymore! Slight patina, but nice high polish. Freshly wired.

Pair of pre-war Art Deco era side stands. Heavy, solid wood with burl wood overlay. Each stand has a drawer with an open display shelf just below. The lower portion of each stand makes an artful curve into another open shelf. Great condition with excellent burl wood figuring.
