This well carved turquoise snuff bottle is 2 ½ inches tall, 1 ½ inches wide and a little more than 1 inch thick. One side depicts a standing smiling Buddha (Hotai in Japanese), the other side is plain. The snuff bottle was made in the 1970¡¯s. It has its original cap carved from the same turquoise as the body. It is in excellent condition.

Elegant Japanese kimono wedding gown (Uchikake) designed by Hanae Mori. The gown displays the designer’s logo without a signature; her butterflies and initials are woven all over the red liner. Hanae Mori is truly the first and most famous international Japanese designer of the 20th century. A Chinese landscape painting done on a gold paper base done in the style of Zhang Da Qian. The work contains a signature and seal of Zhang Da Qian's noted disciple Sun Yunsheng (1918-2000). Zhang Da Qian established a style influenced from traditional Chinese landscape paintings combined with Song Dynasty style ink wash landscapes. Work is dated in June of 1975. Two small vessels by well known American studio potter Tom Turner (currently living and working in North Carolina.) Chinese calligraphy painting of a famous poem "Li Bai" originally written in the Tang Dynasty. This poem has been rewritten by artist Zhongshan in Autumn of ??22 in Nanjing. Approximate translation of the poem is as follows: "The sun shining (white), the furnace being prepared and the smoke spreading throughout. The waterfall bubbling in front of the river and flowing (with drops of water splashing)..." Size of paper: 53" high x 18 1/4" wide...

Southeast Asian brass bowl with copper and silver overlay, most likely used in a ritualistic manner. It has round, copper accents going around the top and bottom of the bowl, as well as geometric shape allover design.
