Chinese Export Rose Medallion Porcelain Pepper or Salt Shaker, 2 5/8" diameter, 1 1/8" high, made late 1880's, "Long Life" Chinese Character written in three(3) areas inside the circle, enclosed by typical Rose Medallion pattern with overglaze Famille Rose colors of the roses and butterflies in gold highlight. Marked "China" in red on the bottom and large hole for cork stopper.

Made of sterling silver, it stands 5 1/8" tall. Its base has a diameter of 3". It weighs 3 ounces. The base is marked with a whale hallmark and marked DENMARK. I have left it unpolished. It is truly beautiful and in excellent condition.

Very beautiful antique circa 1900 pale blue Chinese Peking glass necklace, possibly a prayer necklace, with 30 round beads carved in a basketweave pattern,
and a center oblong pendant with carving and piercing, all strung on the original very intricately Chinese knotted thread. The color of the pendant piece seems
to be very slightly different from the round beads. Wearable length of the necklace is 34 inches. The round beads are 10mm in diameter...
This embroidered panel was hand-embroidered by Pashtun women from southern Afghanistan. It measures 23 x 25 cm and is embroidered in silk thread on a double cotton background. The embroidery technique is an intricate ladder stitch, the trademark of Pashtun embroidery. Estimated age: late 20th century. Condition is excellent.
Japanese bronze suiban, or a dish to be filled with viewing stones called suiseki, as well as small plant arrangements. The rim has flower petal incision motifs while the sides are decorated by medallions and a pair of handles shaped like elephant heads. Artist's signature on bottom.
