Drop earrings made of emerald-green and white enamel on copper, fixed onto brass. The old technique of cloisonné has been used for the little stars of which one is seen falling, one rising. Length "1 ¾ / 4.7 cm. Condition: rim frits to one earring (cf. pics).

Two soup plates and a dinner plate from Boch in Luxemburg, late 18th century. Under-glaze blue decoration of a posy with a trefoil /trèfle surronded by sprigs, the molded rim with a dented blue border. The molding and sprig pattern seen on these plates is now being produced by Villeroy & Boch under the name of Old Luxembourg. La Rochelle fayence plate from the late 18th century. Charmingly naïve decoration of a pheasant in a landscape, the border with a twig of pears (?). The back with spur marks near the rim, a sign of age. Diameter: "9 ¾/ 24.5 cm. Condition: fine, with decorative crackling of the glaze and some burst bubbles caused in firing.

Fayence plate from northern France, c 1800. The well with carnelion, tulip and peony surrounded by some other flowers, all in manganese and yellow. Diameter " 9 ½ / 24 cm. Condition: wobbly base, otherwise fine. The back with spur marks near the rim, a sign of age.

Cream cup, a pot de creme with molded borders and cherry knob, soft paste / pâte tendre, creamy white, made c 1780 in Tournai, then France and now Belgium. Decoration of under-glaze blue flowers in the Ronda pattern. Ronda was the most popular of the Tournai patterns, produced all through the 19th century till 1891 when the manufactory was closed down. Under-glaze blue mark, swords and three little crosses for the second and third Tournai period. Height "3 ¼ / 8 cm. Condition: fine.

A porcelain napkin ring molded with Neo-Rococo scrollwork in blue and gilt, a present for “G”. Vieux Paris / Old Paris Porcelain c 1870, unmarked. Maximum width "1 ½ / 3.8 cm, inner diameter "1 ¾ / 4.5 cm. Condition: fine.

Demitasse black and white coffee can and saucer by Bodley & Co in Staffordshire, c 1870. The pattern, numbered 3438, is of various whimsical silhouetted scenes – a charging officer and fusiliers, firefighting, dueling with walking sticks, an arguing couple, a fat guardsman etc. Impressed mark Bodley. The deep well of the saucer makes the ensemble into a “trembleuse” – a design that made it easier to move the cup from one place in the room to another. Height of can "2/ 5.7 cm, diameter of...

A pair of octagonal dessert plates by Copeland, the edges dented and gilt. Japanised, “Aesthetic” decoration of brambles or blackberries, transfer printed and hand painted with some gilt over part of the withered leaves and berries. Diameter "9/ 22.8 cm. The back with the impressed curved mark used by Copeland from 1860 to 1880, and N80, probably for November 1880. Condition: fine.

Victorian gold pendant, carefully wrought to resemble a gnarled piece of wood - an example of the naturalistic style often seen in jewelry of the 1860's and 70's. With impressed 14K mark and probably made in England. Height (without the hoop) "1 ½ / 4.1 cm, weight 5.8 grams. The black velvet ribbon on the photos is included in the price. Condition: fine. Sèvres coffee can and saucer with flower decoration and gilt dented /”wolf tooth” rims, c 1780. The can with the interlaced Ls and date mark, possibly BB for 1779). Saucer of the same age, unmarked. The measures of these so-called gobelets litrons were regulated by the French government in the 1750s. French Majolica knife rests from the 1950s, a pair. Handmade, unsigned but likely from Vallauris, the foremost ceramic centre in postwar France, also favoured by artists like Picasso. Length c."4/ 10 cm. Condition: a small glaze flake to the tip of the tail of one dove (cf. pic 3 and 4).

A Persian small brass or bronze box and lid from the Qajar period, 19th century. Of square shape with indented corners and exquisitely engraved with flowers and birds. A small circular reserve indicates which side of box and lid respectively are meant to fit into each other. Width "2 1/2 / 6.5 cm, height "1 2/3/ 4.2 cm. Condition: fine.

Georgian silver tea caddy spoon with ivory handle. Of shovel shape, the inside engraved with a monogram surrounded by forget-me-not flowers, the background checkered, textile-like. No marks, c 1800, England, possibly Birmingham. Length "4/ 10.4 cm.

English Edwardian cake knife, the blade engraved with a bird among flowers, the handle faux ivory resin. Marks för Atkin brothers in Sheffield and year mark for 1910. Length "9 ½ / 24 cm. Condition: a hairline and some yellowing to the handle.

A pretty leaf shaped serving dish by Royal Copenhagen. Panted decoration of flowers, the twig handle with a rose and a forget-me-not flower in relief – the same as the handles used in the famous Flora Danica service. Impressed mark 2 and S, and the three waves of the manufacture in the version used around 1890. Length "7 1/5 / 18.5 cm. Condition: damage to the petals of the little forget-me-not flower.
