Two hand hammered pewter vases of the same model, of different size. Designed by Georg Nilsson and produced by the big Dutch cutlery manufacturer Gero in the Danish factory they had purchased in 1922 and where GN (trained by Georg Jensen) was the chief designer. Marked Gerotin (tin is Danish for pewter). Height "3¼/ 8 and "2¼/ 6 cm. Condition: fine.

Simple and beautiful silver beaker or small vase with flaring rim and a neat “pearl” border at the base. Made by Van Kempen, Begeer & Vos (1919-60), purveyors to the Dutch Court. Marks: KBV, Dutch silver marks for 835 and year mark for 1921. Height "3¼/ 8 cm. Condition: small dent 2 centimeters from the base (cf photo).
