A small olive green linen hard cover published by Oxford at the Clarendon Press in 1923. Owner's name is inscribed. The cover shows some staining and minor splitting at the spine. There is also some foxing on the back pastedown.

A small hard cover published by Charles Scribner in 1925. The paper boards show some wear at the corners and top of spine,notes are written on the front pastedown and back end paper, and the owner's name is written in ink on the front free paper.

A hard cover published by the Trustees of Worcester Art Museum in 1935. The cover has olive paper on board with a tan paper label and spine. There is some splitting on the seam and top of the paper spine/label otherwise fine. B&W plates. 187 pp.

A signed( "Happy New Year James Farley") hardcover published by Harcourt Brace & Company, NY December 1939. The jacket has a water stain on the inside flap and a faint stain on the edge of the first few pages stops at the title page.392 pp.

This lot includes three Anthony Trollope books all published by Dodd Mead & Co., New York. Phineas Redux Vol. I was published in 1913 and Vol. III in 1910. Dr. Thorne Vol.I was published in 1914. The owner's name is inscribed on the front free paper of all three books and the red boards show modest wear.

Ca 1900 A"revised and enlarged edition" published by The Mershon Company, New York. No date given.The pages have darkened and the pastedown shows minor wear and a bit of spotting otherwise the book is fine. The boards are brown featuring a burgundy design with gilt lettering on the spine. A faint school stamp is on the title page. 244 pp.

With our best wishes..." The gunmetal frame measures 12" x 14-1/4" with the picture fitting snugly into it. Mounted under glass.

Written by Esther Stevens Brazer, this is a Memorial (Second) Edition published in 1947 by the Pond-Ekberg Company. The gray linen boards show some wear with creases at the corners, and the gilt pastedown label is smudged. The front free paper is clipped and the pages are uncut. A former library copy that is in good condition. Profusely illustrated. 265 pp.

A colorful set of African scenes. The medium appears to be oil on paper. Two are signed by Gallin, one is signed Bonnaie, another Hona (?)and the last Dzio(?). The frames show some wear and chipping and one picture is missing its glass but is protected by a plastic sheet.

Ca 1930 A beautiful little vase with deep emerald green ground. The cobalt panels are highlighted by pink, blue and purple flowers. A scalloped design near the bottom is edged in gilt. Modest wear with some paint loss, and a few small nicks and pits (please refer to photos) ... Full brass base and rim. No marks.The colors are brighter due to the flash. 2-1/4" x 4"

An illustrated, collectible hard cover written by Zoe Kincaid and published by McMillan and Co. Numerous illustrations/photos with colorized frontispiece. There is slight water damage on the boards (spotting) and the pages are just a bit rippled. Also, there is a small bit of paper loss on the bottom of the front pastedown and free paper ( see photo), between pages 112-113 a very slight separation from the seam (but all intact) and page 383-4 is uncut- otherwise a fine edition.
