An unusual shaped dish with a sparrow, berry sprig and chrysanthemums.The inside has the typical aqua blue glaze. Nyonya wares are over-glaze polychrome enamelled porcelains made in Jingdezhen in the Kiangsi province of China for the Straits Chinese, or Babas, whose female counterparts are called Nyonyas, hence the term Nyonya ware. Nonya wares were mainly reserved for festive occasions and special functions. Size: W. 18.5 x 11.6cm. H. 5.8cm. Condition: No chips or repairs.

Very unusual necklace made with nine (9) handmade metal bells. Each unique bell is separated by thin metal discus spacers. Size end to end: 60 cms or 23 inches. Age: 19th century or earlier.

A very rare a beautiful micro necklace made of micro ceramic and glass beads from the very early Pyu Dynasty. Condition: Very good. Size: 29m X 2 or 23 inches end to end.

An old Tibetan ladies purse made of Yak leather and inlaid with silver and gilt carvings with a center piece of Turquoise. The front has carvings of two fish (representing the beginning of life)and flower design. The back has a center tree design. There is a silver woven chain attached to the top for carrying. A very rare pair of ironwood chairs also know as Tieli mu. Ironwood has been used with huanghuali items since the Ming Dynasty. In all the years that I have been collecting Chinese furniture, this is the only pair of ironwood chairs I have come across. Ironwood is usually been confused with jichimu.
