Antique Japanese carved wooden ranma (or transom) panel, carved with detail on back its front and back sides, of bamboo stalks with leaves and chrysanthemums. It has a black lacquered frame. Dates from the taisho period c 1920. Size: 69.75" height, 13.5" width

Rare Japanese small Tansu made with Keyaki wood with multible small drawers. A locking bar fastens vertically in front of tansu secures the drawers. Dated inscription on bottom reads year 1766, " Meiwa 3" Edo Period: 1766 Dimensions: 16.5" Tall, 20" Wide, 12" Deep

Japanese Large Kotatsu made of Hinoke wood. Has a pleasant look, symmetrical and square in shape. Built solid with a light, clean wood grain. Unusual Size Late Meiji Period (1868-1912) Dimensions: 17" Tall X 31.5" Wide

Antique Chinese Scroll made of ink and mineral colors on paper. Story illustrates Dung Fang Shuo, the daoist sage, and auspicious symbols carrying the peach of immortality, with the bat of longevity flying overhead. Two seals are displayed. First seal reading, "Li Guang Jin yin", second seal is the studio seal. Artist's name is Li, Guang Jin from the studio Fu Qing. Colored pigment of paper. The subject of this scroll is dated back to the 10th century, illustrating the story of an ancient three legged money toad, and Lui Hai, a minister of state. The toad brings and represents good fortune and prosperity. Largest seal on front top of screen is the seal for the Emperor, Chia Cheng. Japanese antique cha tansu (tea chest), made with beautiful keyaki (elm) wood burl on panels, top 2 sliding panels are made of a lighter color hardwood burl, all panels are trimmed in persimmon wood. One drop in panel with an interesting walnut shaped pull. The chest has a total of 7 drawers of different sizes. Glass sliding panels cover a compartment with stepped shelves for display. Antique Japanese Funa Bako (ship safe box) made of a very dark reddish Keyaki (Zelkova) hardwood, with a front hinged door adorned with iron hardware. Decorated with small flower studding and flower lockpins. Behind the hinged door are six drawers of varying size with ring pulls. Very heavy and solid, original finish. Features a hidden secret drawer.

Intricate Jade Nephrite carving of crane and flower setting in a bed of dense reeds. Light green color with red variation in some areas. Oval shaped, this piece was originally designed to sit among a wood carved urn in a Chinese temple. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) Dimensions: 4.5" High X 7" Long

Antique Chinese black lacquer six-panel screen, with red and gold leaf lacquer "venn diagram" patterns as a background. Each panel has gorgeous hardstone inlaid birds of many kinds (including peacocks, roosters, sparrows, water birds, and robins), and an abundance of flora such as lotuses and chrysanthemums, accented with gold leaf. The screen features ball and joint hinges and may be taken apart. Circa 1900 Dimensions: 96" length (16" each panel). 72.5" height

Squaty and stout Antique Japanese iron Tetsubin with iron lid. Hailstone covering top half of kettle. Bottom half has beautiful wear with soft ridging. Handle of kettle was made to sit strait up, making this a solid piece. Top on lid is a budding plant, possibly lotus flower. Meiji Period (1868-1912) Dimensions: 8.25" Long, 7.5" Tall

Antique Japanese gyosho bako (merchant's box) with a red-orange lacquer (negoro) finish and iron hardware with hirute shaped drawer pulls. It features three drawers on its front, two with iron lock plates, and a hinged door at its very bottom with a sideways facing handle over crossed hardware, with three extra drawers inside. Size: 34.5" height, 11" width, 16" depth

Japanese Antique Iron Tetsubin with Bronze lid. Tetsubin has a Mount Fuji Shape. Kettle displays a fainted casting of a Japanese Kiri bird and phoenix on one side. A crane and turtle are also displayed along with a 5 character mark and cartouche medallion. Handle is thin, casted with bamboo nodes. Bottom of Tetsubin is in good condition. Charming and medium sized Japanese Antique Tetsubin. Hailstone surface over top half of kettle, with bronze special lacquered finished lid. Topper of lid is a round globe fixture, with flower design. Vintage woven kilim, or tapestry-woven rug, with geometric patterns in shades of blue, beige, yellow, green, and red and edged in a beige fringe. Kilim are widely loved for their unique style of weaving and are sometimes used for prayer. Size: 60.25" width, 100" length
