A Fine Pair of Old Paris Two Handled Campana (bell) Form Mantle Vases with Hand Painted Cottage Scenes by a Lake standing on a Green Marbleized Base. Dimensions; 9.5" high x 5.75" wide. Circa 1850-1870. Some normal gilt wear but in excellent condition.

A rare early 18th century French porcelain figure after an early Japanese piece, Edo period. The 5" model of a seated boy holding a peach is beautifully enameled in the Imari palette. A fine addition to a historical porcelain collection.

There is some damage; the tip of the boy's tongue is missing, as is the tip of the little finger of his right hand. The left hand has been broken and repaired, three finger tips are missing. This may be seen in the sixth photograph.

The Victoria & Albert Museum has examples of Creil cream ware on exhibit. The saucers measure 4 3/4 inches in diameter and 1 1/4 inches deep. They would be a coffee size. This pair of porcelain plates was produced in France by Delinieres & Co. Limoges in the 1890s. They measure 9 inches in diameter. The rims are scalloped. The central reserve has hand painted ladies dressed in fashionable Victorian attire. They are framed in ornate raised gold cartouches. There is an artist’s signature, G. Saguel on each plate. The border is a deep cobalt blue with fine lacy gilding over it. The borders on the first two photos look black but they are cobalt blue...

A pair of oval dishes with godrooned borders, soft paste / pâte tendre, creamy white with decoration of flowers in underglaze blue. Made c 1780 in Tournai, then France and now Belgium. Ronda was the most popular Tournai pattern, produced all through the 19th century till 1891 when the manufactory closed down. Width "10 ½ / 26.5 cm. Condition: firing crack and two little nicks to underside of rim of one dish (cf. pics).

This porcelain jardinière was produced in France by Bernardaud & Co. Limoges between 1900 and 1914. The porcelain was sold white ware to a studio artist to be decorated later. The artist’s signature is in the decoration. The jardinière is approximately 12 inches in diameter and 8 1/2 inches high. It is hand painted with brightly colored chrysanthemums in art nouveau style.
