A porcelain dinner plate decorated with a gilt rim, a gilt rope with flowers on the lip and floral sprays in the well. Marked in overglaze red enamel on the back “B/Potter/1” The mark is probably from around 1794 for the short lived partnership of Potter and Blancheron.

A lovely and extremely rare type of Westerwald vessel with handle, Germany, c. late 16th.-early 17th. century.
The vessel decorated with fine gothic looking lions and rossettes as spacers with manganese blue.
Size: c. 22 cm. wide incl the handle and 14,3 cm tall.
Condition: Nice Very fine for the early type, completely intact but for a closed crack with short hairlines, just below the handle to the right. Never repaired and very stable and sound.

Origin: England, circa 1850. Condition: one plate has a crow's foot visible only from the back; the other has a 1/2" flake on the back of the rim; both have some staining, particularly along the rims. Size: 10" diam.

This porcelain figurine was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1900. It has the first quality blue crossed swords mark under glaze and model number
T175. The height of the figurine is 9 1/2" with a diameter of 4 3/8" at the base. The modeling is finely articulated. It is hand painted in excellent manner. The piece is from the art nouveau period. The subject matter exhibits charm and grace.

An attractive Victorian period china jardiniere, c1880s. It has a repeating somewhat Art Nouveau floral motif, the flowers look a bit like poppies or anemones, all in blue transferware with occasional splashes of gold.
