19th century French footed brass chamberstick This chamberstick with its size, measuring 15 3/4 inches long, combined with a wonderful warm patina makes it a decorator's dream. Measures 15.75" long, 3.75 inches high, 5.5" across.

An early tin flat back tin cookie cutter in the shape of a woman. It is small, just 3 1/4" and has a very early look to it. It is circa 1870-80.

A nicely detailed pierced Rococo Revival boat with exceptionally detailed swags, flowers, and cross hatching for a formal setting. The shape mimics a boat and may have once had a liner. Condition is very good with no material defects. Underside is marked Depose 800, which in normal circumstances might be French, but we believe that the crown and possibly crescent to its left indicates a German article, dating c. 1890-1910...

A Victorian silver plate rolltop butter dish or server in the Aesthetic style from the 1880s. This antique beauty was made by Meriden and it has all of the hallmarks of quality and Victorian style and mechanical complexity. It has a pedestal base, a handle with floral decoration, high relief borders and a roll top with a pressed floral design. This pocket stamp carrier is similar to a match safe in appearance, but smaller and without the striker edge. It has two circular cutouts on the upper edge for grasping the stamps. A fun pressed brass picture frame in the form of an early automobile. The frame is cleverly designed with vanishing point perspective to appear three dimensional. Apparently, it was originally a desk calendar and the original calendar inserts from 1907 have been used as a backing for the current photograph.

A delightful bronze dresser mirror, the entire frame ornately decorated in the form of two Pierrot figures and a smiling man-in-the-moon. Pierrot was a originally a Comedia dell’Arte character, but in the 18th century, he and the moon became inextricably linked in the French children’s song, “Au Claire de la Lune.” There are a few variations of this mirror; this is the most ornate, with the intricately beveled glass. The detailing of the figures is excellent.

RARE Georgian hand chased sterling silver creamer with a cartouche on each side. One cartouche is monogrammed "AL" and the other is blank. This exquisite piece is in excellent condition and measures 4.75" high, 5" across including handle and spout. Dates 1820 - 1830.

Circa 1880 French bronze champleve enamel inkwell with delicately hand-painted bird scenes. It sits on 4 bun feet and is in excellent condition. All enameling is intact with the darkest red color being a beautiful clear wine red (which tends to look a darker/duller in our photos). This lovely inkwell measures 7 inches across and 3" high.

Fine large, 21 inch long, sterling silver mirrored plateau by Jean Francois Veyrat, 10 Rue De La Tour, Paris. This plateau features four cast silver hoof feet and a beveled mirror. In excellent condition with just normal antique wear to the mirror, it is fully hallmarked and has a wood bottom. Measures 21" long, 17" wide, and 2.25" high. Circa 1880.

A Victorian English silver plated biscuit caddy or barrel with a carved finial from the 1880s. This hand engraved silver plated Victorian English piece stands 7-3/8" tall to the top of the hand-carved bone finial, and the attached base measures 7-7/8" x 6". A Britannia metal coffee pot made by E. Stacy & Son, successors to John Vickers, Britannia Place, Sheffield. See stamp on the bottom of the pot. Britannia metal is an alloy that was invented by John Vickers to replace the expensive pewter in 1745. Britannia metal gradually started to replace pewter from about 1780. Size: H. 26cm. W. 20cm. Large sterling silver serving spoon made circa 1850 by Whiting. It has a lovely, three dimensional calla lily at the end and the detailed leaves at the top of the bowl. The bowl measures approximately 3.5" at its longest. The handle measures 8.5" long. It has a gilded bowl and is in excellent condition.

Circa 1850, this lovely sterling silver serving spoon has a gilded and perforated bowl, and a long handle with a three dimensional calla lily detail at the end. The leaves stretch across the top of the bowl also. It was most likely made by Whiting. The bowl measures approximately 3" in diameter and the handle is 7" long. It is in very good condition, with most of the gilding still in tact. It is marked "STERL" on the back.

Wonderful old English tin trade piece depicting Mr Jorrocks toting his horn on horseback with his trusty hound. Quite large. Mr Jorrocks measures 28" tall by 33" long and the hound measures 7" tall by 25" long. A thin flexible metal. Has some dings, dents, frayed, bent edges and nail holes.

Imagine this little guy hopping across your table providing everyone with salt or pepper! He is intricately detailed all the way down to his feet. His head unscrews to refill salt or pepper. He stands up well and does not wobble. He is marked "800" on his tail and was probably made sometime around 1910. He measures approximately 3" long and 2.5" tall and is in excellent condition.
