A Rococo style bronze stand for either fire tools or umbrellas. May have been gilt at one time. 28 ½ inches tall and 10 inches across. French 19th century.

Condition: If gilt most of it is gone. Red showing in some of the bronze. Replaced screw holding the base and standard together. Good structural condition without repairs.

A hand wrought sterling silver desk set from F. Walter Lawrence, probably in collaboration with Gustav Manz. The desk pad measures about 22" by 15". Silver inkwell box measures about 5 1/2" by 3" by 3 1/4" and weighs over a pound without the glass inkwells. Silver pen tray measures 7 7/8" by 3 1/4". Signed on bottom of pen tray, as shown. Condition is very good, except for chips on the glass inkwells. Fine quality and rare.

Outstanding Victorian figural picture frame in the form of a map of Australia! The metal is very heavy gauge and the coloring is white (I believe it is constructed of white brass with a yellow-tinted lacquer)...

This antique serving spoon from the Georgian era has a berry motif in the gold-washed interior of the bowl (the wash is very pale and doesn’t show up in the photos). By its hallmarks, it was made in London during 1768-1769. The maker’s mark is a script “BB”. It measures 8-1/2" x 1-3/4", and weighs approximately 56g. So beautiful! This Acme silver Co. number 732 three cherries and leaves drape over one side of the napkin holder which has a leaf-shaped base. Sometimes this napkin holder will be marked Standard Silver Co., Ltd.

This napkin ring is 2 1/2" tall and is circa 1885. It is engraved with the name " Grace". It has wonderful patina.

Victorian sterling silver baby cup. Made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1890. Straight and gently upward tapering sides and scroll-bracket handle. Applied cast oval medallions that depict not austere Roman patricians and their virtuous helpmates but sailor-suited boys and kitty-clutching girls. A sweet rejuvenation of the influential Medallion pattern. Gilt-washed interior. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. A7822. Excellent condition.

Edwardian sterling silver picture frame. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1910. Rectangular window in same flat surround. Acid-etched meandering ivy on front and sides. With glass, silk lining, and velvet back and hinged easel support for portrait (vertical) display. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 16542, and director’s letter m. Very good condition with strong definition.

An Edwardian carved mother of pearl silver plated bread fork from the 1900-1910 era. This ornate and out of the ordinary example of Victorian and Edwardian table serving pieces measures 8-5/8" long and it has the shape and three tines found on bread serving forks of this period (however it can be used for whatever purpose you wish). It has fancy high relief finials with acanthus leaves and flowers, a stepped finial and fancy modelling of the silver plate links...

A fine pair of sterling silver sugar tongs in the classic “Kings” pattern. The design is very nicely worked and the tongs are generously sized. The inside of the tongs are fully hallmarked for London, 1837. They also bear the William IV duty mark. This mark, used in conjunction with the 1837 date mark, was used for only 22 days before being changed to the Victoria duty mark. The maker’s mark is that of either William Barber or William Barrett II.

A beautiful engraved and large beaker with an extrafine decoration, consisting of vertical lines, framed with double concenthric lines on the body; with two beautifully engraved Floral medallions and another central medallion, engraved with P.F.S.S / Z.F.D.S and below the inscription with 1704. Stamped with three symethrically placed stamps in the bottom.

A Unique Tiffany Sterling Silver Three Handled Loving Cup or Tyg. Mark from the period of Charles L. Tiffany, 1892-1902. Weight 8.6 Standard/7.8 Troy ounces; dimensions 4.5" high x 5" to handles. Inscribed "To the Cup Boy of the Class of 1896 Hamilton College". Marked 1/2 Gill on base. Excellent condition.

An Edwardian sterling silver pin or dresser tray hallmarked Birmingham, England 1903. This 5-3/4 x 2-5/8" tray has a lined interior, a rounded lip edge and a fancy EWP monogram in the central oval monogram area. It weighs 32.6 grams, it has a set of British silver hallmarks and an obscured maker's mark. It is in very good condition with no bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a few small and shallow dents...

Authentic antique over 100 years old, circa 1900 AD, solid silver gold gilt spoon, with Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth coat of arms. An ovoid deep bowl with an elaborate stem surmounted at the top by a finial depicting a woman's bust in a classical style...

Lovely oval lobed shape enamel and silver compact, painting of group of Putti holding hands dancing encircling a tree with landscape in the background. The painting is framed with silver engraving and carnelian blue enamel accents. Stamped 800 silver and a duck and makers seal inside with the print of a doll. Dimensions 3 1/2"L x 2 1/2"W. Condition Report: Excellent condition, this fine compact should be Austrian in origin.

Japanese silver box, ca 1890. Rectangular with straight sides and hinged cover. On cover top and box sides are chased and engraved iris flowers and tendrils in eddying water. Stippled ground. Box and cover interior lined with stained wood. Open bottom. Meiji-era Art Nouveau for the cosmopolitan West. Appears to be unmarked. Very good condition with deep patina.
