This extremely rare Inca carved Llama bone blood cup depicts a battle scene. One figure is holding a copper tumi knife and the other is holding a knife. It is 3 1/4" tall and 1 5/8" wide. It is in very nice condition. Excellent age on surface. Both dressed in full battle regalia locked in mortal hand-to-hand combat. Patina is beautiful. Circa A.D. 1200-1400. An incredible Veraguas gold figural pendant biting a double-headed snake, Costa Rica, Circa 500-1000 A.D., height 1 13/16 inches (4.6 cm); 14 karat pure gold; especially beautiful solid yellow gold, 4.81 dwt., original loop for suspension. Oval vessel with bow handle between spout and perforated animal head, Vicús, ca. 100 - 500 AD.

Fine condition vessel from the rather illusive Vicus culture contemporary with the more well-known Moche culture. The vessel misses a very small pseudy lug handle at one side, othervise completely intact and unrepaired with some light weathering at edge of the spout.

A rare and interesting depiction of a wild dog on a double vessel with a large mug decorated with a relief carving of human figures and with whistle function.

An attractive double chambered bridge vessel with bow handle and a human head, body with relief decorations, Pre-columbian Chimú, 1250-1450 AD.

Condition: Nice Very fine, hairline closed crack in the body and some light chipping of edges, othervise complete and intact.

Each figure has attenuated legs, string-cut grooves delineating the arms and neck, and bulbous heads with minimalist visages. Made from diorite. Size of tallest section 3" H, includes custom stand.

Inca 5 1/4" Copper Condor Effigy Knife of a mother feeding her chick was found in Peru. Patinated Copper. The blade is still sharp and in excellent condition. What a find! The Andean condor is an impressive animal being the largest flying bird in the world with wing span of up to 10 feet. Even with its enormous size, this incredible bird can fly and soar at heights of over 15,000 feet...
