Ancient Medieval Byzantine bronze pectoral Cross, circa 6th-11th century A.D. decorated in relief with cast and chiseled in low relief with the Virgin Orans.

DIMENSIONS: Height: 4.3 cm x 2.2 cm (1.69 inches x 0.87 inches).

CONDITION: In its original condition showing the age and usage with a nice dark brown patina.

Authentic ancient 6th-10th Century A.D. Large Byzantine bronze pendant cross, with ribbed round-section arms, with bulbus finials centered by a notched stepped rectangle, an integral suspension loop above.

Interesting and rare bronze bell, perhaps from a a church or monastery, Early Byzantine c. 8th.-10th. century.

The wide Bell with a solid loop and inscribed all the way around the body with: O AΓHOC BΛACHOC=The Saint Blaise.

Ancient Byzantine bronze pectoral Reliquary Cross ENCOLPION, circa 9th-12th century A.D. Composed of two separately-cast halves hinged at the base and pinned to a suspension loop above. Cast and chiseled in low relief with the Crucifixion on the obverse and the Virgin Orans on the reverse.

DIMENSIONS: Height: 5 cm x 2 cm (2 inches x 0.79 inches).

With tall handle, shaped as an open Bell with a loop. The base finely engraved with a cute horned animal.
