The drawing is very well executed by an excellent painter, especially the dragon. There are tiny scales, one of which is large but very superficial. Enlarged photos show them to us. The upper part and lid have decorations of flowers and fruit, gilding and a fine red glaze ring around the top cover. The teapot is connected to a grip made of metal alloy with a double hinge.
