18th century Indian bronze votive sculpture of dancing Krishna playing a flute, cast in the State of Orissa. This avatar of Vishnu playing flute for gopis is known as Krishna Venugopala (as always in this image, flute was cast separately, and is missing). Excellent casting and detailing (see his eyes inlaid with silver), wonderful face, beautiful patina, very pleasant feel of age to the sculpture. Height 5 7/8 inches.

A very early and rare massive bronze figure of a seated deity, probably Sri Devi / Lakshmi, holding implements and tall headdress and a breast band around her sizable attributes, South Indian, perhaps Tamil Nadu, probably pre 17th. century!

Size: 88-89 mm. tall and weighing 260 grams.

Condition: Choice Very fine, lovely old patina, with a fine brown and green colours.

Antique Tibetan Buddhist small reliquary in stupa form. Made of glass and covered with gold leaf, this votive offering would have once been housed in a larger container and placed at the foot of an architectural stupa acting as either a funeral mound or housing relics of an important person. The shape, with it's rounded body and terraced lid, imitate the larger stupa, a three dimensional mandala and symbol of Buddha.

A really attractive and funny bronze or brass erotic 'toy' figur with a dark, age patina, India, 19th. century.

The figure is mechanical and the male has a hinge. He thrusts into the woman when you press the little lever on the base.

Size: 12,8 cm. tall and solid metal so heavy.

Condition: Good very fine, lovely dark brown patina.
