Korean ceramic bowl from the Goryeo dynasty, 12-14th century. The interior of the bowl is decorated with ducks and willow trees encircling the well which is embellished with blossoms. The exterior is decorated with a band of scrolling waves, flanking floral roundels. Old restoration. It measures 7.75" wide.

13th Century Korean Koryo Dynasty Slip-Inlaid Celadon-Glazed Cup

It is 2.75 inches (7 cm) tall by 2.8 inches (7.2 cm) wide. The box is t is 4.7 inches (12 cm) tall by 4.4 inches (11.3 cm) long and 4.4 inches (11.3 cm) wide. It is 0.5 Lb.

It has skip glazes, grazing chips, crazing, repairs to cracks, and surface wear and scratches (as seen in the photos).

A Fine Blue and White Porcelain Globular Jar: Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century The small jar of globular form resting on a ring foot and with an upright neck ending in a straight cut lip, painted in underglaze blue with two Buddha hands around the body, below a color of clouds, the clear glaze thick wih a blue tinges. Choson Period, ca. early 1800s

This jar is stoutly potted, having a tall neck and flaring body, resting on a thick grit-coated footring and slightly recessed base. It is clear glazed without decoration. Small gray and brown iron impurities in the clay freely show through the clear glaze. This is a mingei type folk craft item intended to use in the home. There are several stable hairline cracks from age, stained brown in the rim area.

"Bun-in" is the last kiln for Joseon court. And there, high quality and sophisticated works were made. The plate with leg like this had been made for the dedication to god. Certification : written by Noriki Shimazu the famous Asian antiques researcher in Japan. Size / D:16.0cm/ H:6.5cm
