On the base a horse in sitting position with a bird with open wings on the horse's back. This type of bowls was carried by people so every individual had his own bowl and was used for drinking water or wine. Measurements: 1 inches high and 3 3/8 inches in diameter in good condition. Antique Islamic fruit sherbet spoon made of solid silver, 19th century Turkey. It has a Turkish Ottoman coin bowl and a long twisted stem handle. The silver is marked 800, indicating its grade, and has an elaborate finial in the shape of a crown. The finial is adorned with Islamic symbols, including a crescent moon and a star. The bowl is made of a 20 Kurush silver coin of Sultan Abdul Aziz II, which is dated AH 1277 (1861-1874 AD).
