This Victoria design in sterling silver was shown in the recent museum exhibit WILLIAM SPRATLING AND THE MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE and is piCtured in the exhibit catalog p.104. A rare Yuan dynasty longquan celadon dish, rounded side with flattened rim and glazed foot ring, dish decorated with molded flower (lotus) motif, at the inner wall there is carved weave motif, base is glazed with apart of wide ring for firing which has reoxidised red during the cooling proses.
Dish is in goon condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, there is a 1 cm glaze star line at inner wall did not goes trough to the back (pic no 6).
